Leak Detection

Meters are equipped with leak detection software that will indicate a possible leak to the consumer. The basic principal is that there should be some time during any day that there is no water usage typically in the middle of night. Therefore if the consumption data over a 24 hour period shows no hours with zero consumption there is a good chance of a pipe leak, faulty tap or faulty toilet cistern. The keypad reading will display the word LEAK.
